In this class you will learn valuable techniques that nurture your daily meditation practice.
We will explore spiritual texts together in book study to support a well-informed home meditation practice. Each book will be read slowly and valuable ideas will be revisited throughout the course of the book study. This makes it easy for you to jump into the book study at any time.This class is open to everyone from beginners to seasoned practitioners.
