Do you ever feel confused about where you are going in life or where your current path is leading you?  Do you wonder if there is something more to life for you than what you’re experiencing? Do your dreams and goals seem to fall to the bottom of your to-do list?

Join us for this vision board workshop as we take you through a time of reflection , intention setting and visualizing your  ideal life. At this workshop you will tap into your happy place and discover the story of who you are and the goals you wish to set for yourself for the next year.

In this 3 hour workshop, we will provide you with the tools to create a board with pictures, words and phrases to inspire and remind you daily of who you are and who you wish to become. We will help you create a board that clarifies and identifies exactly what you want in your life in the next year, and helps you stay focused and affirm these dreams daily.

Susan De Witt Armstrong is a veteran teacher with a MA in Counseling and JD in law. Over the past thirty years, while raising her three boys, she became an advocate for children with disabilities by facilitating monthly support groups for parents and advocating for the accommodations needed in helping children navigate a system that did not fit their learning style. Susan has worked with numerous teens and young adults to help them find their college and career paths and is passionate about helping them find their authentic self.

Sarah Mokma is a board-certified naturopathic doctor who has studied psychology, various parenting methods, and many natural healing modalities in addition to raising to of her own children into their teen and young adult ages. She has worked with teens in many capacities of mentoring and healing over the last 20 years and has a heart for today’s teens and their need for something deeper out of life.
