Back to School in the Fall can be such an exciting time! Fresh starts and and new routines! Unfortunately, it can also mean more indoor time and less Vitamin D. Less down time, plus busier schedules. Sometimes less sleep, more stress, and fewer nourishing meals too. All of these things can lead to worn out kids (and parents!) and a weakening of our immune systems.
Essential Oils are a powerful tool for supporting our family’s wellness. Let’s start the school year off strong and equipped to handle whatever challenges we face.
In this class, we’ll talk about establishing new routines with essential oils, nutrition with essential oils, positive ways to focus using essential oils, and both what we can use (and not use!) in our homes to strengthen our immune systems.
Everyone who attends will be making a essential oil foaming hand soap to bring home, as well as a handout with information on go-to oils everyone should own!
Jill Meulenberg became an essential oils student and educator over five years ago out of a desire to find a new and better way to care for her own family’s health. She thoroughly enjoys the daily learning and growth that comes with embracing a new, health-minded lifestyle, and finds joy in helping others do the same.
