Luminosity was born from the light and healing I found myself needing as a young mother and wife in a life that required deep personal work.

Before my mind fully understood what I was living in, my body did.

When my nervous system began to communicate what I couldn’t yet articulate, I found Naturopathic medicine. That experience didn’t just help my body heal — it introduced me to an entirely new way of understanding myself and the world around me.

It showed me I wasn’t dependent on something outside of me.
It revealed that the faith I had grown up with was only the beginning of understanding who I was, why I was here, and what I was capable of — even in healing my own body.

I began to see how my health struggles were connected to the feelings I was carrying about my life. How inherited patterns were quietly guiding my choices. How I had learned to abandon myself in ways that perpetuated my circumstances.

Healing was not just physical.
It was structural.
Emotional.
Spiritual.

And it expanded everything.

Understanding myself as a spiritual being in a human body wasn’t an escape from reality — it was what allowed me to live it more fully.

Even as a little girl, I knew I wanted to help people heal the pain I could see they were carrying. Formal study was important. But it was the personal transformation of my own health and life that clarified why I am here at this time.

I am here to help people heal by remembering who they really are.

And central to that remembering is this:

Spiritual life is not separate from daily life.
It is meant to be embodied.

Luminosity exists to support that work.
